    Having worked from the beginning of her career where she began as an Account Coordinator, Jennifer now serves as Managing Partner/Principal of KAP where she continues to oversee all aspects of account strategy and planning, as well as ensuring the continued delivery of the highest quality of service for ongoing client satisfaction.

    Jennifer’s emphasis on flawless execution across every client and by every staff member keeps KAP at the top of our industry. Her extensive list knowledge ensures a combination of strong core plans supplemented by a consistent flow of viable test lists. Her leadership sets the tone for KAP’s ability to perfectly blend the art and science of list planning.

    Patrick Frame Principal

    As a co-Principal of KAP, Pat brings to the table extensive client-side experience allowing for deeper strategic insights about how donors and prospects behave and think. His strength is in understanding the core goals of a client, absorbing all the relevant data, and then recommending innovative and customized solutions to increase prospecting performance and overall program alignment.

    Pat was formerly the Vice President of Development at the National Foundation for Cancer Research and began his career on the donor acquisition team at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He was also the co-founder of the Non-Profit Strategy Services division at Merkle. In 2009, he spearheaded a large consortium of list brokers and managers to create the Standards of Conduct for Non-Profit List Rentals and Exchanges – thus providing the industry with an invaluable tool to steward client satisfaction.
